How we vet partners
Before a moving or cleaning company receives requests through Offerio, it goes through a multi-stage vetting process. Only vetted and reliable businesses are admitted.
Our vetting process in 6 steps
🏢Business registration & commercial register entry
Every partner business must provide a valid commercial register entry (HR extract) or a business registration in Switzerland. Sole proprietorships are also accepted, provided they hold a valid trade licence.
🛡️Business liability insurance
We require proof of valid business liability insurance. This protects your furniture and property in the event of damage, a non-negotiable minimum requirement.
📋Reference check
New partners must provide at least three verifiable references from previous clients. We contact these references and check the stated services for plausibility.
🤝Initial interview & quality assessment
In a personal conversation (by phone or video) we assess the professionalism of the business: communication, availability, response time and service readiness.
⭐Ongoing customer reviews
After every assigned job, customers can leave a review. Partners who regularly receive poor reviews or do not respond to requests are removed from our network.
🔄Annual review
All partner contracts and insurance certificates are renewed once a year. Expired documents lead to temporary deactivation of the partner until renewal.
Exclusion criteria
Partners are deactivated immediately or not admitted if the following criteria apply:
- ✕Missing or expired business liability insurance
- ✕Repeated negative customer reviews without response
- ✕No response to customer requests within 24 hours
- ✕False or misleading information at registration
- ✕Violations of Swiss labour law or minimum wage rules (MiLoG)
Why this matters to you
Your property is protected
All partners carry liability insurance, so in the event of damage you are not dependent on the goodwill of the business.
No phantom providers
Partners must respond to requests within 24 hours. Those who do not are deactivated.
Transparent quality control
Customer reviews are continuous and anonymous. Partners cannot have reviews deleted.
