2. What data we process
When you submit a quote request, we collect the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Departure and destination address
- Move or cleaning details (date, scope, floor, etc.)
When you visit our website, technical data is also collected (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL), which may be logged by our hosting provider and Google Tag Manager.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used for the following purposes:
- Brokering quotes through up to 5 vetted partner companies in your region
- Responding to enquiries by email
- Technical operation and security of the website
- Anonymised website analysis to improve our service
We pass your contact and order data to the partner companies you select or that are matched to you so that they can send you a quote. We do not pass data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis (Swiss DSG)
Your data is processed on the basis of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG, SR 235.1). Processing is necessary to fulfil the contractual relationship (quote brokering) and is based on your consent (cookies). Where we process data of persons from the EU or EEA, we additionally rely on Art. 6 GDPR (DSGVO).
5. Processors & third parties
Supabase (database & backend)
Our infrastructure is partly based on Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA). Data transfer is encrypted (TLS). Supabase acts as a processor. Data is processed on a need-to-know basis.
Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
This website uses Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). After your consent, GTM loads analytics scripts that transmit anonymised usage data to Google servers (possibly in the USA). IP anonymisation is enabled. You can withdraw your consent at any time via our cookie banner.
Hosting (Coolify / Docker)
The website runs on a European server. When the website is accessed, technical access data (IP, timestamp, page accessed) is stored in the server log and automatically deleted after 7 days.
7. Retention period
- Quote requests: 24 months after submission, unless a longer retention right applies
- Email correspondence: 10 years (statutory retention obligation)
- Server logs: 7 days
- Google Analytics data: 14 months (set in Google Analytics)
8. Your rights
Under the Swiss DSG you have the following rights:
- Right to information: You can request information about the data we hold about you at any time.
- Right to rectification: You can request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure: You can request the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligation prevents this.
- Restriction: You can request the restriction of processing.
- Right to object: You can object to the processing of your data.
- Portability: You can request your data in a common format.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In Switzerland this is the Eidgenössische Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragte (EDÖB) (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner).
9. Data security
We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS/TLS encryption, access control based on the least-privilege principle, regular security updates and encrypted database connections. However, complete security of transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy at any time. The current version is always available on this page. The version valid at the time of the website visit always applies.
