- A partner company has not been in touch. What now?
- Partner companies must respond to a request within 24 hours; those that stay silent are deactivated. Report the case to [email protected] with the subject "Beschwerde". You can submit a new request at any time and will then receive quotes from other companies.
- Can I visit Offerio in person?
- No. We have no shop and no counter. The address at Habsburgerstrasse 20 in Lucerne is our registered office and is listed in the commercial register, but it is not set up for customer visits. Everything can be settled by email or phone.
- How quickly does Offerio reply to emails?
- Usually within one working day. That is an honest description of what happens, not a guaranteed deadline: on a Friday evening it may take until Monday. The 24-hour commitment applies to quotes from partner companies, not to our own email replies.
- I want to complain about a partner company. What happens then?
- We follow up on every complaint and put it to the company. To be straight with you: we do not have a formal complaints process with fixed deadlines and escalation stages. Every report lands with us directly and is looked at individually. Your contract is with the company, not with Offerio, but which companies we pass work to is our decision.
- I want my data deleted. Who do I contact?
