These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all services offered via the offerio.ch platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Offerio is a matchmaking platform that connects private individuals and businesses with service providers in the moving and cleaning sector. We facilitate contacts and enable the comparison of quotes.

For customers: Using the platform to request quotes is free of charge and non-binding.

For partner companies: Registration is free of charge. A token-based system is used for accepting leads.

Certain functions require registration. You are obliged to provide truthful information and to keep your access credentials confidential. In the event of misuse, we reserve the right to suspend accounts.

Partner companies purchase tokens to accept leads. Token costs vary depending on the type and scope of the request. Purchased tokens are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

• Tokens are deducted when a lead is accepted
• Token prices are shown transparently before purchase
• Unused tokens do not expire

Users undertake to:

• Not provide false or misleading information
• Not use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Not use automated systems to access the platform
• Respect the rights of third parties

Offerio acts exclusively as an intermediary. We assume no liability for:

• The quality of services provided by partner companies
• The accuracy of information provided by users or partners
• Damages arising from contracts between customers and partner companies
• Technical disruptions or outages of the platform

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos and software, is protected by copyright. Reproduction or use without express permission is prohibited.

Users may cancel their account at any time. Offerio reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
